With the growing nature of Kamer music, some artistes have taken the bold steps to make available their music acquired from online stores such as Spotify, Bandcamp, Deezer and iTunes. This is bold step I must confess.

If you see reasons with me, I think the big guns in the music industry need to put their heads together, come out with a plan so that the home based fans can also purchase their art with the use of the local online paying platforms. We have seen the case with Jumia in partnership with MTN and Orange already and several users who had a chance of paying stuff online using these payment platforms can testify that they are reliable. If Kamer music is moving ahead, it should move with everything surrounding it.
It is obvious that fans who are craving to listen to how their favourite artistes sounds in their new track, EP or album will be pushed to carry out   since they can’t have the songs in their disposal because of the lack of credit cards. The fans make-up 60% success of the an artistes. Artistes should therefore make their music easy to purchase. It wouldn’t cost a life, just one or two adjustments will do. Let’s build our home rather than promoting another man’s already built empire.
Please drop your opinion below, tell us how we can help solve the problem of  online music purchase.
